Ash Trees Surgery is a six-site practice located on the border of North Lancashire and South Cumbria, seeking a Practice Nurse to join our nursing team and work across our sites nearby.
You will provide clinical nursing services, support GPs, carry out screening and chronic disease management, with emphasis on excellent patient care, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within the MDT.
