Administration (Fixed Term 1 Year)

Working hours - Mon-Fri 09:00-12:00

Are you an organised, professional and approachable administrator looking to make a difference in a busy school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis for one year. This role will provide additional capacity within our school office, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school while delivering a high standard of administrative and reception support.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting a range of essential administrative workstreams, including:

  • Pupil data management
  • School dinners and free school meals administration
  • Transport and taxi arrangements
  • Attendance processes
  • Recruitment support
  • Parent communication
  • Exclusion paperwork

You will also provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact for visitors, parents and external agencies.
