We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and supportive team for 2 sessions per week, ideally on Tuesday but can be flexible, for a fixed term of 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including acute, chronic disease and preventative care.
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient demand effectively, contribute to clinical decision making and ensure continuity of care.
  • Deliver face-to-face and telephone consultations, as well as duty and home visits.

Ash Grove Medical Centre is a well-established, two-site GP practice based in Knottingley, with a branch surgery in Eggborough, serving a growing list of over 13,000 patients. The practice is led by a team of dedicated GP Partners, focusing on high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and inclusive environment. We use SystmOne and benefit from strong relationships with our PCN and local healthcare providers. We are also a GP training practice, committed to education and continuous improvement.
