We’re looking for an LGV Driver to join our busy Chester depot, carrying hooklift work across the local area. This is a full-time, permanent role offering consistent hours, regular overtime, and the opportunity to earn an average of £15.35 per hour based on a 45-hour working week.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving a Class 1 & 2 vehicle to customer sites (Wagon and Drag)
- Delivering, exchanging, and collecting skips / hooklift containers
- Ensuring safe loading, transport, and return to site
- Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
What we’re looking for:
- Valid LGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Driver CPC card (essential)
- Minimum 2 years driving experience
- A reliable, hard-working attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undertake physical work
- Current ADR qualification
What we offer:
- 40-hour contracted week + regular overtime available
