About You
Ash Green School are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people to thrive. You will be someone who builds positive relationships with pupils, demonstrates patience and resilience, and brings a warm, encouraging presence to the classroom. Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience supporting young people, either in a school or a transferable setting, with the ability to adapt to a range of needs.
- Numeracy and literacy skills equivalent to GCSE English and Maths at grades A-C / 9-4.
- Reliable organisational skills, including effective time management, resource management, and the ability to handle competing priorities.
