Location: On-site at Ash & Co. Workshops, Church Crookham, Hampshire (GU52) + editing/ scheduling

Contract & Pay: Casual / Freelance One day per week, or equivalent hours, ideally on Mondays or Wednesdays

Mission: Help promote Ash & Co.’s woodworking kits for kids and adults and fill every adult and kids course seat by turning the magic that happens in our workshop into thumb-stopping Instagram Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Plan & shoot – Batch-film content each week
  • Edit & post – Cut a variety of clips per week, add captions etc.
  • Repurpose – Work with the owners to publish across platforms
  • Report – Track views, saves and clicks in a simple spreadsheet

Bonus skills (nice-to-have): Canva/Adobe graphics
