Ash Clifford have an exciting opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join our long established firm in Bridgwater, Somerset. We are seeking someone qualified with ideally a minimum of 3-4 years experience handling Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Elderly Client matters.
This department covers a full spectrum of private client work including:
- Will drafting
- Inheritance tax planning
- Trusts
- Succession planning
- Court of Protection and mental capacity issues
- Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
STEP qualification will be an advantage but is not required. The successful candidate will need to be able to work largely unsupervised, taking control of this busy department. Attractive salary and long term prospects are available for the right candidate.
