The Role
We're looking for early‑career engineers with strong building skills. As a member of our platform team, you will build tooling that enables our internal team and collaborators to build a foundation model for psychology and support Slingshot as an AI‑native company.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain platform tooling (e.g., devboxes, internal tooling dashboards).
- Enable the trust and safety team with required systems.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement company‑wide systems.
- Ship features to real users early and iterate.
Qualifications
- One or two years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated product or project that real users have used (side projects, open‑source, or commercial).
- Evidence of strong engineering ability (e.g., hackathon wins, high test scores, competition results).
- Passionate about coding, with a portfolio of repos, demos, or shipped work.
