About the Role
We’re looking for a Traffic Manager to take ownership of workflow and resource planning across a busy design and production team. You’ll be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly — making sure the right people are on the right jobs, and projects are delivered on time, to spec, and on brand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing resource allocation and team scheduling to meet project demands
- Overseeing production timelines and ensuring output is high quality and brand-aligned
- Acting as the key link between internal teams and external partners
- Supporting onboarding of new clients and refining project workflow processes
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a similar traffic or studio management role within a creative or retail design environment
- Strong understanding of production workflows, particularly in retail or digital design
- Proficiency with project management systems and scheduling tools
- Great communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and third-party partners
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively
