About the Role We’re looking for a Traffic Manager to take ownership of workflow and resource planning across a busy design and production team. You’ll be the engine that keeps everything running smoothly — making sure the right people are on the right jobs, and projects are delivered on time, to spec, and on brand. What You’ll Be Doing Managing resource allocation and team scheduling to meet project demands Overseeing production timelines and ensuring output is high quality and brand-aligned Acting as the key link between internal teams and external partners Supporting onboarding of new clients and refining project workflow processes What You’ll Need Experience in a similar traffic or studio management role within a creative or retail design environment Strong understanding of production workflows, particularly in retail or digital design Proficiency with project management systems and scheduling tools Great communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders and third-party partners Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities effectively Why It’s a Great Opportunity This is a chance to play a central role in a collaborative, fast-moving creative team where your skills will have a real impact.
