You’ll:
- Be the go-to contact for a key retail client, building strong, trusted relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead projects from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring everything runs efficiently and to a high standard.
- Strengthen the quality of outputs by improving briefs, presentations and overall creative execution.
- Spot potential challenges early and take a proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping projects on track.
- Work closely with Creative, Production and Finance teams to ensure seamless delivery across timelines, budgets and scope.
- Bring structure and clarity to fast-paced environments where priorities can shift.
- Support the development of strategic direction while ensuring practical, effective execution.
- Keep communication clear, consistent and professional across all stakeholders, both internal and client-side.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience working agency-side or within a brand, ideally in a creative or integrated environment.
- Understands the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development to execution.
- Builds credibility quickly and communicates with confidence at all levels.
- Is highly organised and capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing attention to detail.
- Remains composed under pressure and adapts effectively in fast-moving situations.
- Shows ownership, initiative and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Combines strategic thinking with strong delivery and project management skills.
