You’ll:

  • Be the day‑to‑day strategic and operational partner for a major retail/brand client
  • Build strong, trusted relationships — becoming the go‑to person for clarity, direction and confidence
  • Keep projects flowing smoothly from brief → idea → production → delivery
  • Shape stronger briefs, elevate decks and push for better creative thinking and execution
  • Identify risks early, manage expectations, and keep everyone aligned across multiple workstreams
  • Work closely with Creative, Production, Project Management and Finance to ensure work lands on time, on budget and at the right level
  • Bring structure, calm and positivity to fast‑moving, often complex situations
  • Champion creative standards and ensure the work always ladders back to the client’s wider brand and commercial goals

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has agency or brand‑side experience managing creative or campaign‑led work
  • Understands how ideas become real — from content and digital to print, retail and wider brand activations
  • Communicates clearly, confidently and empathetically with both clients and internal teams
  • Stays highly organised under pressure and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Builds trust quickly and can influence without drama
  • Is proactive, solutions‑focused and comfortable navigating ambiguity
  • Experience in retail environments, shopper marketing or physical brand touchpoints? Big bonus.
