Design retail spaces that genuinely deserve to exist. This role is for a Retail Designer first and foremost—someone who designs with space, flow, story, and experience in mind. It’s about ideas that work in the real world: retail environments that are commercial, brand‑driven, and built to be experienced, not just rendered. This is not a visualiser or CG artist role. We care more about strong thinking and spatial intelligence than glossy beauty shots. If you’re driven by concept, customer journey, and how things are made, this role is for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing concept‑led retail environments rooted in brand, narrative, and customer experience
- Creating layouts, fixtures, and spatial systems that are practical, engaging, and buildable
- Developing ideas from mood and story through sketching, layouts, and 3D concepts
- Using 3D as a design and communication tool, not just for presentation
- Considering materials, scale, flow, and manufacture from day one
- Collaborating to bring ideas from concept to real, physical spaces
What matters to us:
- Retail thinking over visual polish
- Strong spatial design and commercial awareness
- Ideas that balance creativity with buildability
- Confidence moving from concept → sketch → space
- Clear understanding of materials, making, and real‑world constraints
What we’re looking for:
- Retail Designers who think naturally in space, flow, and experience
- Backgrounds in retail design, spatial design, industrial design, or architecture
- Fast, confident concept thinkers and sketchers
- Designers who understand how retail actually functions—commercially and physically
- People who want to see their work built, used, and experienced every day
Skills & experience:
- Experience designing retail environments (agency or in‑house)
- Strong sketching and concept development skills
- Confidence using Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar 3D tools
- Good eye for storytelling, composition, and spatial narrative
- Solid knowledge of materials and manufacturing
- Awareness of retail, fashion, and cultural trends
- Ability to balance ambitious ideas with practical delivery
Why this role? Your designs won’t sit in a folder. They’ll become real retail spaces, experienced by real people, every day.
