Are you an experienced Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional projects, and driving account growth? We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join a growing agency team, working with leading retail and consumer brands. You'll take ownership of key client accounts, oversee project delivery, and help identify opportunities to grow both client partnerships and agency revenue.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines excellent client service skills with commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding work.
- Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts
- Leading projects from brief through to delivery
- Collaborating with Creative, Production and Strategy teams
- Managing budgets, timelines and project profitability
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards
Previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within a creative, marketing, branding or integrated agency:
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering creative or marketing campaigns from concept through to completion
- Commercial awareness and budget management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
Retail, FMCG or consumer brand experience:
- Shopper marketing, retail activation or experiential campaign experience
- Strategic account planning or business development exposure
Work with well-known retail and consumer brands:
