About the Company: The company is an international brand active in the Technology sector, dealing with Consumer Electronic products and associated software and services. They compete on quality and innovation and pride themselves on having a very forward-thinking and inclusive company culture. They promote from within, making this role an exciting short, middle, and long-term opportunity. Mainland Europe is one of their biggest markets worldwide, and they have a very international team with many ex-pats from all over Europe.
About the Job: The role is to start as a Sales Administrator - French Speaker for Europe, mainly supporting the European Team and French clients. The idea is to get to know the partners/clients, processes, and suppliers, and then work your way up to manage your own portfolio of partners and eventually your own team. The international European team is strong and growing, and for that reason, this new role is being added to the business. There will be no cold calling or new business in this role; it's all about managing existing (French and European) partnerships and helping to take the existing relationship to the next level. Someone organised who can stay on top of administration and provide key contacts with a trusted French speaker contact will fit perfectly. Some links/interest with technology/electronics is a plus but not a must at all. The personality, philosophy, and way of thinking come first!
Why This Job: The role is exciting on its own but also a platform role from which someone can grow (as the firm has a culture to promote from within). The role is part of a very forward-thinking, sustainable, ethical, and inclusive company – which is more fun to work for. The firm is very international, creating both a good personal and professional working environment where multi-lingual speakers will feel valued and at home. Finally, the role offers nice flexibility and a healthy balance between home and office work (for someone already based in the Greater Cheshire area).
