If you’re someone who naturally sits at that sweet spot between client leadership, creative energy, and organised delivery, this role is going to feel very familiar—in the best possible way.

We’re working with a major retail/brand account, and we’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being at the heart of the action. The kind of person who keeps things moving, keeps people aligned, and keeps standards high, all while bringing a calm, confident presence to the room.

Here’s what the day‐to‐day really looks like:

  • Being the go‐to partner for the client—someone they trust and rely on
  • Guiding projects seamlessly from the spark of an idea through to final delivery
  • Elevating briefs, decks, conversations, and creative thinking
  • Spotting risks before they become problems
  • Collaborating closely with Creative, Production and Finance
  • Adding clarity and structure when everything starts moving at pace

We’re looking for someone who understands how good work gets made—whether that’s from agency experience, brand-side experience, or both. Someone who communicates well, builds strong relationships quickly, and stays organised even when things get lively.

Have retail experience? Or a solid understanding of physical touchpoints and in‐store activation? That’s a definite advantage.

If you’re after a role where you can influence both the work and the client partnership—and do it without being pulled into daily chaos—this could be your next move.

If it sounds interesting, drop me a message. Happy to share more, confidentially.
