About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Manager to join a fast-paced, innovative team delivering cutting-edge retail installations and brand activations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about how technology enhances physical retail and experiential environments. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of emerging solutions—from interactive displays and digital screen networks to AI-driven retail tools—bringing engaging customer experiences to life. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the testing, setup, and deployment of retail technologies, including interactive displays, digital signage, and AI-driven solutions
  • Assist with prototyping, R&D, and the evaluation of emerging technologies
  • Contribute to the installation, launch, and on-site support of retail activations
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, reporting, and system records
  • Collaborate with internal teams and represent the business professionally on-site
  • Ensure all deliverables meet health, safety, and compliance standards

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong interest in technology, particularly within retail or experiential environments
  • Hands-on experience in a technical, AV, digital, or installation-focused role
  • Comfortable working with both hardware and software systems
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow technical processes and communicate effectively
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience
