About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and tech-driven professional to join a fast-paced, innovative team delivering cutting-edge retail installations and brand activations. This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for emerging technologies and how they enhance physical retail spaces and immersive customer experiences. From interactive displays and digital signage networks to AI-powered retail tools, you’ll play a key role in bringing engaging concepts to life. Working closely with senior technical leaders, you’ll support the delivery, testing, and continuous evolution of technology-led experiences across a variety of retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, testing and deployment of retail technology solutions, including interactive displays, digital signage and AI-led tools
- Assist with prototyping, R&D initiatives and researching emerging technologies
- Contribute to the installation, launch and on-site support of retail activations
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, reports and system records
- Collaborate with internal teams and represent the business professionally on-site
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety and industry standards
About You
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong interest in technology, particularly within retail or experiential environments
- Hands-on experience in a technical, AV, digital or installation-focused role
- Comfortable working with both hardware and software systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to follow technical processes and communicate effectively
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new and emerging technologies
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Experience
- Experience with digital signage, RFID/NFC or interactive retail technologies
- Interest in AI and customer experience innovation
- Background in retail, events or brand activations
- Familiarity with content management systems for digital displays
- Exposure to prototyping, product testing or R&D
- CSCS card or similar site qualification
