Location & Flexibility: Greater Cheshire West and Chester Area (home vs. office is close to 50/50).

Level Guideline: Β£27,000 / annum gross + there is a strong structured career path to grow within (account manager, senior account manager, account director etc). Several benefits too which can be covered in a call.

About the Job:

The role is to start as a Customer Service Representative for Europe, mainly supporting the European Team and French clients. The idea is to get to know the partners/clients, processes, and suppliers, and then work your way up to manage your own portfolio of partners and eventually your own team. The international European team is strong and growing (some people are being promoted), which is why this new role is being added to the business. There will be no cold calling or new business in this role; it’s all about managing existing (French and European) partnerships and helping to elevate the existing relationship. An organized individual who can stay on top of administration and provide key contacts with a trusted French-speaking contact will fit perfectly. Some interest in technology/electronics is a plus but not a must. The personality, philosophy, and way of thinking come first!
