We’re working with a well-established Marketing Communications agency that delivers creative print, promotional merchandise, and large-format solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Print Production Manager to join their team.

The Role
As Print Production Manager, you will take responsibility for managing production across a range of print, large-format, and promotional merchandise campaigns. You will act as the key link between internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the production of print, large-format, and promotional merchandise projects
- Overseeing projects from initial brief through to final delivery
- Ensuring quality control, timelines, and budgets are consistently met
- Liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Monitoring deadlines, KPIs, and service levels
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
About You
- Previous experience in a print production, project management, or similar role within print, marketing, or communications
- Strong understanding of print production processes
- Experience with promotional merchandise and large-format would be advantageous
- Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and MIS systems
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
