This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling through space and wants to create retail experiences that genuinely connect with people.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Design to take ideas from early concept through to fully realised design intent. • Designing immersive spatial experiences with a strong understanding of customer journey and flow

• Producing high‑quality 3D visualisation, renders and layouts that clearly communicate creative intent

• Collaborating with creative and technical designers to ensure the vision stays strong through development

• Exploring new materials, ideas and approaches to push creativity while staying grounded in real‑world making

• Presenting ideas internally with clarity, confidence and a strong sense of craft

What you’ll bring

• Strong conceptual and spatial thinking, with the ability to turn narrative into three‑dimensional environments

• Expert use of 3D tools (ideally Cinema 4D) and Adobe Creative Suite

• A genuine interest in materials, finishes and how ideas translate into physical space

• Ability to produce clear design intent documentation

• Confidence sketching and exploring ideas quickly, ideally using digital tools

• A curious, collaborative mindset and a passion for storytelling through space

• Bonus skills: SolidWorks, SketchUp or KeyShot
