The Role
As Senior Creative Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance while ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly from concept through to execution. You’ll balance commercial awareness with creative ambition, helping clients achieve their objectives while maintaining exceptional standards across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop senior-level client relationships, becoming a trusted strategic partner
- Take ownership of key accounts, ensuring long-term growth, retention, and client satisfaction
- Oversee multiple integrated creative projects from brief through to delivery
- Challenge and enhance briefs to maximise creative and commercial outcomes
- Drive project profitability, resource planning, and budget management
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services
- Provide strategic input into campaign planning and creative development
- Manage expectations and navigate complex stakeholder relationships confidently
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Production, Strategy, and Finance teams
- Support, mentor, and guide junior Account Managers and Account Executives
- Champion best practices, processes, and continuous improvement across the client services team
About You
You’ll be a confident and commercially minded account management professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and delivering outstanding creative work.
- Significant experience within a creative, marketing, branding, or integrated agency environment
- Proven success managing and growing key client accounts
- Strong understanding of campaign development from strategy through to execution
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and profitability
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in fast-paced environments
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Retail, FMCG, consumer brand, or shopper marketing experience
- Knowledge of experiential, in-store, or physical retail environments
