We are seeking a Waterproofer to join our team, with a strong emphasis on advanced waterproofing systems. The successful candidate will have experience in polyurea applications, resin injection, and cavity membrane waterproofing, or will come from a related trade with transferable skills and a willingness to upskill.
Key Responsibilities- Install and maintain waterproofing systems in accordance with project specifications
- Apply polyurea waterproofing systems to a high technical standard
- Carry out resin injection works for crack repair and water ingress remediation
- Install cavity membrane waterproofing systems
- Inspect and assess structures to identify water ingress issues and determine suitable solutions
- Prepare substrates and surfaces prior to application
- Operate tools and equipment safely and in compliance with company procedures
- Adhere to health, safety, and quality standards at all times
- Maintain professional site presentation and documentation as required
- Proven experience in waterproofing or a related construction trade
- Experience with polyurea, resin injection, and/or cavity membrane systems is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of waterproofing materials and application techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physically capable of site-based work
- Valid driver’s license
- Confined space, PASMA, IPAF, Water hygiene card (EUSR) - Preferred
