About the Role:
Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns to suit different lifestyles. Flexibility with shifts, including late and weekend work, may be required.
Our stores stock a wide range of products, and our warehouse teams ensure these products are picked, organized, and delivered to stores efficiently. This role involves replenishing stock, picking stock for deliveries, and operating equipment (training provided).
You will also have the opportunity to undertake a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship, supported by Babcock and your line manager, over a 12-month period, including passing functional Maths and English tests unless exempt.
About You:
You are friendly, eager to learn, accurate, and efficient. You care about delivering goods on time, ensuring stores are well-stocked for customers, and are willing to commit to the 12-month apprenticeship.
