About the Role:
Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. Late and weekend work is required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed. Our stores contain thousands of products, from clothes and household items to food and chilled goods. Our warehouse teams pick and organize products to ensure timely delivery to stores, playing a vital role in our supply chain. This role involves fast-paced, varied work, including replenishing stock, picking stock for delivery, and operating equipment (full training provided). This role offers an opportunity to pursue a Level 2 warehouse operative apprenticeship, supported by our provider Babcock and your line manager. You must pass functional Maths and English tests unless exempt.

You are friendly, enthusiastic about learning, and committed to high standards. You care about delivering goods on time and are willing to undertake the 12-month apprenticeship.
