This role requires on-site presence at Asda House in Leeds for at least three days per week. We’re really looking forward to having you around!

Join us at Asda and play a key role in enabling high-quality delivery across our fast-paced retail business. We’re looking for a passionate Test Environment Manager to oversee the coordination and management of our End-to-End (E2E) test environments.

You’ll work closely with platform owners, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure our environments are stable, fit for purpose, and ready to support integrated testing across multiple products. From provisioning and governance to tooling and issue resolution, you’ll be central to keeping our testing landscape running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and coordination of E2E test environments
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure environment availability, suitability, and cost-efficiency
  • Drive improvements in tooling, monitoring, and governance
  • Act as the point of contact for environment-related escalations and updates
  • Support testing activities by ensuring environments meet integration and quality needs

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing complex test environments in large-scale delivery settings
  • Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall lifecycles
  • Experience with cloud provisioning (ideally Azure)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
