Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. However, late and weekend shifts are a requirement, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a service colleague, you will work across various departments to ensure the smooth operation of our stores. Your daily tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, preparing pizzas, picking orders for home deliveries, or replenishing stock on shelves. Our focus is on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining welcoming stores, and offering 'extra special' products. We work as a team to maximize sales and provide a great online shopping experience.

You are naturally friendly and eager to get involved, working with your team to achieve great results. You have a positive attitude towards learning new skills across different departments. You care about providing customers with a great shopping experience, helping them find what they need, and engaging in friendly conversations along the way.
