About the Role: To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old. Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. We are looking for flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend shifts are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, and ensuring product availability to meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays to have the right colleagues in the right place at the right time. We will support your training across different areas and your ongoing development in retail, making this a great opportunity for career growth.

You have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator.
