About the Role: To be employed in this role you must pass an enhanced safeguarding check. Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a wide variety of shift patterns. Flexible working is available to fit around your lifestyle, but weekend working is a requirement of the role. Our in-store Pharmacies are popular with customers, who expect warmth and friendliness, confidence in discussing personal health issues, quick resolution of customer problems, and selection of appropriate products. You will also spend time accurately assembling and processing prescriptions, drive awareness of pharmacy services (e.g., Prescription Collection Service, Medicines Use Reviews), support the Pharmacist with delivery and record‑keeping of patient services (blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes, etc.), and adhere to strict standard operating procedures. You will collect customers’ prescriptions from their doctor's surgery and bring them to the store ready for collection. We will support your development into a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months and then to a Dispensing Assistant, advancing your pharmacy training and career.

About You: You are naturally friendly, highly organised, and eager to work with your team to deliver great results. You have strong computer skills, attention to detail, and communicate well with customers. You love problem solving, are passionate about helping people, and care about providing a great healthcare experience.
