Responsibilities:
- You’ll take charge of our in-store food service operations, overseeing well-known brands such as Greggs, Burger King, and Subway.
- You’ll ensure each outlet delivers a consistent, high-quality experience that meets brand standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- You’ll lead a team of colleagues across multiple food service units, managing everything from staffing and compliance to customer service and operational efficiency.
- You’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of each restaurant.
