Role Overview

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Pharmacy Practice Manager role combines patient care and commercial responsibilities. The role involves leading and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experiences, ensuring safety, compliance, and high standards in line with GPhC standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, coach, and develop the pharmacy team.
2. Ensure compliance with GPhC standards and clinical governance.
3. Support and develop team members and locums.
4. Achieve pharmacy-related targets and deadlines.
5. Support the delivery of NHS and private healthcare services.
6. Maintain high standards of customer service and patient safety.

Shift Details

Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 21:00

Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
• Experience in delivering healthcare services.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Must possess a valid GPhC registration, right to work in the UK, and relevant safeguarding qualifications.
