Working closely with your Store Manager, you’ll help create a positive, supportive environment where colleagues feel valued and customers enjoy a warm, effortless experience.
- Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a proud, motivated team.
- Help drive sales, strong standards and brilliant service.
- Lead the store independently when required.
- Maintain safety and compliance — including PFS and forecourt operations.
