Job Summary: There's something unique and different about being a Pharmacist at Asda. The role focuses on providing excellent service to customers, dispensing medications, delivering NHS and private services, and managing a pharmacy team.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense prescriptions and provide medication counselling.
- Deliver NHS services such as emergency prescriptions, urgent care, and other frontline services.
- Provide private healthcare services and support for vulnerable patients.
- Manage the pharmacy team and lead in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with in‑store, regional, and home office teams for clinical and service support.
- Receive regular feedback, business updates, and pursue additional accreditation opportunities.
Rota:
- Week 1: Monday – 09:00 to 18:00, Thursday – 09:00 to 20:00, Friday – 09:00 to 20:00
- Week 2: Saturday – 09:00 to 20:00, Monday – 09:00 to 18:00, Thursday – 09:00 to 20:00
Qualifications:
- Full registration with the GPhC.
- Accreditation to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare.
- Excellent customer and patient care skills.
