Find your Role
- Own the strategy, planning and delivery of performance media and CRM campaigns across both clothing and home
- Manage and develop two direct reports, supporting their growth and delivery
- Work closely with external media and CRM agencies to brief, optimise and review channel performance (including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and Email)
- Collaborate with internal teams across brand, trading, e-commerce, creative and analytics to deliver integrated campaigns
- Use data and insights to inform targeting, segmentation, and personalisation strategies across CRM and performance channels
- Lead test and learn roadmaps to improve campaign efficiency, engagement and customer value
- Partner with agency teams to monitor KPIs, generate reports and extract actionable insights
- Champion customer-first thinking and ensure all activity aligns with wider brand strategy and commercial goals

- Proven experience in managing multi-channel performance media (especially Paid Search and Paid Social) and CRM programmes in a retail or e-commerce environment Experience in Fashion or Home preferred but not essential.
- Strong agency management experience across both media and tech partners
- A strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
- Confident using performance and customer data to influence decision-making and stakeholder conversations
- Comfortable building relationships and working with cross-functional teams including trading, e-commerce, brand, and analytics
- Line management experience with the ability to support and develop a team
- Strong communication, planning and organisation skills
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment
- Previous experience managing multimillion-pound performance media budgets
