Your typical day will involve screening patients, coaching and training team members, and maintaining departmental standards. We value our optometrists\’ development, offering comprehensive CPD programs and funded accreditation opportunities to support your growth and meet evolving eye care needs.
Support and DevelopmentWe provide access to in-store, regional, and home office support teams for clinical and service-related queries. Our aim is to develop your skills and help you reach your full potential.
About YouYou will be a fully qualified optometrist registered with the GOC, with NHS performer status or willing to gain accreditation within 12 months. You should be on track to meet CPD requirements, passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, and eager to develop new patient services. Working alongside an Optical Manager, you\’ll contribute to creating a department that balances clinical excellence with operational efficiency.
