Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the entire optical department
  • Manage team of Optometrists and Optical assistants
  • Ensure compliance with processes and procedures
  • Review sales, forecasts, and department targets
  • Handle customer queries and clinic management
  • Partner with Optometrists to coach and develop staff
