Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire optical department
- Manage team of Optometrists and Optical assistants
- Ensure compliance with processes and procedures
- Review sales, forecasts, and department targets
- Handle customer queries and clinic management
- Partner with Optometrists to coach and develop staff
