Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete optical operation, ensuring service excellence and compliance.
- Lead and develop the team of optometrists and optical assistants, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Coordinate clinic management and shop floor processes to meet patient needs.
- Review sales forecasts, set department targets and ensure targets are met.
- Handle customer queries, resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction.
- Work closely with the on‑site optometrist to deliver seamless clinical care.
