About the Role: There’s a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Trading Manager, you’ll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximize availability, and drive sales. You will maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, with safe and smooth back-of-house operations. This role offers opportunities for further development in retail. As part of the leadership team, you’ll work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and sometimes late nights. You may be responsible for the store alone at times, requiring confidence in overseeing overall operations.
About You: You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, friendly, proactive, and a strong coach and motivator. You will serve as a role model to colleagues, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
