As a Trading Manager, you\’ll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your department, maximize product availability, and drive sales. You will maintain shop floor standards, coach your team, and ensure merchandising and operational standards are met, with back-of-house areas running safely and efficiently. This role offers an opportunity for further development in retail. You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. You may be responsible for the store independently, so confidence in overseeing operations is essential. About You You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, and have a friendly, proactive attitude. You will be a strong coach, mentor, and motivator, serving as a role model to colleagues and ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience.
