Join Our Dynamic IT Team at IPL in Normanton, West Yorkshire (1 Foxbridge Way, Normanton WF6 1TN). If successful, your employment will be with IPL (Asda Manufacturing), not directly with Asda. We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Specialist - Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to become a vital part of our onsite IT Team at our Normanton Head Office. If you are passionate about IT and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Location: IPL Normanton, Hybrid working (2 days per week from home)

Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop modular & reusable code components following best practices & standards;
  • Interact with users to understand business requirements / process flows & translate into technical requirements for assigned projects & demand requests;
  • Collaborate with other developers, project managers, customers, database & system administrators for end to end application development & implementation;
  • Facilitate testing of changes / new software;
  • Participate in design & code review sessions;
  • Support users with issues and requests through our support system ensuring we hit agreed SLA’s.

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience of supporting & leading components of a MS SharePoint platform and farms.
  • Significant experience of supporting & leading the design & build of power apps including power automate.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to present to & influence at all levels.
