About the Role

There is a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Manager, you\’ll motivate your team to deliver high standards across your section, maximize product availability, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and ensuring back-of-house areas operate safely and efficiently. You may need to multitask and work across various areas of the store. If you\’re looking to develop your career in retail, this could be the role for you.

You will work a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. At times, you may be solely responsible for the store, so confidence in overseeing store operations is essential.

About You

You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change. A friendly, proactive attitude, strong coaching skills, and the ability to motivate others are important. You should be a role model, ensuring customers have a great shopping experience.
