There’s a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Night Section Manager, you’ll motivate your team to deliver high standards, maximise availability, and drive sales. Your responsibilities include maintaining shop floor standards, coaching your team, ensuring merchandising and operational standards are met, and managing back-of-house areas safely and efficiently. You may need to multitask across various store areas. This role offers an opportunity for career development in retail. As part of the leadership team, you’ll work on a three-week rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings, and occasional late nights. You may be the sole person responsible for the store at times, so confidence in overseeing store operations is essential.
