At Asda, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of our Online operation in store by keeping our team engaged, vans on the road and customers happy. You will be responsible for the online shrink agenda with structured process and data‑led decisions and validating picker and driver resource for the store through effective rota planning, ensuring the team drives picking accuracy to guarantee consistency on the online operation.

What you’ll bring:
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment.
- Operational knowledge of online retail processes.
- Knowledge of improving availability, picking rate, reducing waste, and managing shrink.
- Experience developing teams and managing change through leadership and building resilience.

- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
