This role requires on-site presence at Asda House in Leeds three days per week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design intuitive, well-crafted experiences across digital products
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-quality UI
  • Work across the end-to-end design process from discovery through to delivery
  • Apply and contribute to design systems and UI patterns
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape solutions
  • Use research and data to inform design decisions
  • Take part in peer reviews and feedback to improve design quality
  • Contribute to improving how design is done across the team

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong UI design skills with attention to detail and interaction quality
  • Experience designing digital products, ideally for web, app, and eCommerce experiences
  • Understanding of UX processes from discovery through to delivery
  • Experience using tools such as Figma and working across low- and high-fidelity prototyping
  • Experience using research and data to inform design decisions, and clearly explain the rationale
  • Comfortable working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proactive and adaptable, comfortable taking ownership and working across different problems without close direction
