This is a fixed term role for 12 months starting in January 2026. There will be a requirement to work from our Morley based office 3 days per week.

As a Talent Acquisition Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have an excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be flexible as this role includes weekend working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment tasks and activities through our case management system.
- Work with Workday to complete a variety of administrative tasks to support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Accurately update and maintain data and records, ensuring compliance and integrity.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Operational Specialists to deliver an exceptional service.
