Your role is to manage new listings of products on the website in line with critical path milestones to reach 100% launch rate for the online customer. The role also supports a number of other areas such as product listing admin, amends, store queries, product content troubleshooting, and working closely with our range trackers to ensure business stakeholders know where their range status lie within the critical path.
Responsible for updating the critical path for your business unit and following the milestones for all range and promo launches. Leading on Range Management by sourcing range activity documents and ensuring relevant fields are updated in range trackers. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to list new products and maintain existing products across the Groceries and Q-Commerce platforms. Implement taxonomy, icons, facets & meta tags. Implement and manage lines to list, cross references and soft & hard rolling ANA’s. Validation pre and post launch including site walking. End to end management of general amends and redesign products. Listing backlog items, maintaining the Lines to List, and Not In Approval process.
You will also:
- Update range trackers and communicate range status in relevant forums.
- List products to the website as part of range activity.
- Follow milestones for each range launch.
- Respond to and action online queries from trading and suppliers.
- Create PAO’s as part of the listing strategy.
- Manage interim removals.
- Action till restrictions as they come in.
- Handle Brandbank submissions and management of data.
- Work closely with Brandbank Client Service Executive and Trading Assistants across commercial to ensure range launch execution at 100% match rate.
- Support the Online Traders with trading and merchandising the groceries website.
- Conduct daily site walks with regular comp shops.
