Are you looking for a challenging new opportunity, in a fast paced and ever changing environment? If so, this could be the role for you! We have an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty Proposition Manager to join our Customer Loyalty team, the role is responsible for formulating and managing the offer platform as part of the loyalty programme (Asda Rewards). Core deliverables include ownership of the Asda Rewards offer strategy and execution of these offers to the customer. The role reports into the Senior Manager for Loyalty Proposition.
What you'll do:
- Development and Ownership of the total rewards activity plan across total business, ensuring the strength of offers for customers and aligning any activity with system implementation timings.
- Managing the work flow of the team, and prioritise key rewards deliverables in wider teams such as design, tech, marketing and CRM.
- Execution of offers in the Loyalty App ensuring that all offers are accurate and are executed right first time.
- Improving the offer management systems and be the expert on usage of the system.
- Sitting in key forums with wider business and senior leadership to advise on requirements, timings and customer user journey.
- Development and execution of our segmented offers strategy, getting tailored and personalised offerings to individuals or sets of customers.
- Reporting and insight on offer performance and working alongside data/commercial to improve offerings for the future.
- Testing any new functionality or offer requirements alongside wider teams; Asda tech, third party development agencies and testing teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Building a new foundation of processes to fit within current business ways of working or developing new ways to execute the offers that are fit for the future.
How you'll do it:
- Experience of working with marketing, commercial, buying, supply, online and data teams.
- Competently analyse insight, data and reporting to spot business opportunities and develop brand new propositions.
- Knowledge of loyalty programmes is preferred but not essential.
- Strong project management skills to manage critical paths of all activity delivered for customers on time and right first time.
- Have a collaborative approach to working and building strong relationships across the business.
- Experience of managing and developing a high performing team.
