Are you an experienced Automation Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to use and grow your expertise? We’re looking for someone who can be a technical leader within the team, drive change and lead new initiatives such as increasing the use of Agentic AI. This role is ideal for someone who has worked as a Lead Developer previously and is able to lead a team, drive technical excellence and who has excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver change. This position is open to flexible working / job share / part-time working.
What You’ll Do
- Engage and collaborate with team members and business partners to assess, design, and build intelligent automation solutions.
- Managing infrastructure and tooling relating to Automation.
- Mentoring & providing guidance for Automation Developers.
- Reviewing and maturing existing development standards.
- Lead proof of concepts on new tools/technologies.
- Work with third-party vendors and internal squads to embed best practices into the SDLC and contribute to new ideas and ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
- We’re looking for someone who can work well in a team, who is comfortable leading multiple workstreams and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- UiPath development experience in an intelligent automation environment.
- Experience in working in an Agile delivery model.
- Database experience in Microsoft SQL, and other cloud-based environments.
- Experience in using published APIs.
- MS Power App development experience.
- Experience mentoring and guiding others.
