Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to proactively drive Insurance trading performance.
  • Embed customer needs and outcomes into decision-making.
  • Ensure that our insurance propositions are 'best in class' - and that we are leveraging the power of our Asda 'Retail and Rewards data' where this helps us achieve propositional improvements and USPs.
  • Lead product tenders / negotiations of new partnerships - and drive these through to launch.
  • Ensure adherence to agreed governance and controls / retain our 'licence to operate' as an IAR and AR.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have some experience working in the insurance industry in a similar type role.
