We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our Asda Express team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to lead managers and ensure smooth daily operations within the office, handling a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Recording meeting minutes to ensure any actions are captured. Manage meeting invites and agendas. Coordinate communications to the wider team. Support on key projects across Asda Express.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Enter, update, and retrieve data in office databases and spreadsheets. Generate reports, summaries, and presentations as required.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Respond to inquiries from clients, employees, or other stakeholders promptly and professionally.
About you:
- Experience: Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred but not essential.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
